ORTONVILLE, MN – In keeping with a commitment to offer employees personal and professional development opportunities, Big Stone Therapies owners Wade Van Dover, CEO; Paul Treinen, COO; Roman Taffe, CAO; and Angela Meyer, OTR/L, Vice-President of Long-Term Care, announce the addition of six company owners.
Effective immediately, the company welcomes Angie Ackerman, BST Administrator; Chris Batchelor, Regional Clinic Manager/Clinic Manager – Ortonville; Neil Feist, Regional Contract Manager/Clinic Manager – Appleton and Benson; Hillary Henrich, BST Operations Manager; Andrew Schotzko, Regional Contract Manager/Clinic Manager – Avera Marshall; and Kelly Wittnebel, OccuPRO Manager, as owners of Big Stone Therapies, Inc. Each will continue in their current management role.
Ownership in the company has been offered to employees prior to this offering within BST and at the private practice levels. David Hughes, Baxter Clinic Manager, and Trisha Rieffenberger, Watertown Clinic Manager, are both owners in their respective private clinics. After discussions, deliberation and prayer, the owners made the decision to offer a set percentage of BST’s stock to identified employees.
“The owners thank each and every employee for their contribution to Big Stone Therapies,” Van Dover said. “Each person’s duties and role are critical to the continued success and growth of BST. Please accept our most humble thanks for your daily efforts and hard work which allow BST to carry out its mission of being dedicated to providing excellence in rehabilitation services by optimizing health and function for families and businesses within their communities through caring, hands-on healing.”
